3. Terms of Use of the Portal
3.1 General
The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Yago Urrutia López or to third parties for any damages and losses that may be caused as a result of breach of this obligation.
Use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the property or interests of Yago Urrutia López or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage or render unusable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or software products and applications of Yago Urrutia López or third parties, is expressly prohibited.
3.2 Contents
The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.
By way of example only, and in accordance with current legislation, the User shall refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Contents, except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by Yago Urrutia López or by the holder of the exploitation rights, where applicable.

3.3 Introduction of Links to the Portal

4. Exclusion of Liability
4.1 Information
Yago Urrutia López shall not be liable for decisions taken based on the information provided on the Portal, nor for damages and losses suffered by the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on the information obtained from the Portal.
4.2 Quality of the Service
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Yago Urrutia López to monitor the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer elements.
The User is responsible, in all cases, for having suitable tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.
Yago Urrutia López shall not be liable for damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
4.3 Availability of the Service
Access to the Portal requires third-party services and supplies, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation do not correspond to Yago Urrutia López. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, either prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.

4.4 Contents and Services Linked through the Portal
The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, Yago Urrutia López acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), and shall only be liable for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence. If the User considers that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify Yago Urrutia López in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without such notification implying any obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case shall the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with the persons responsible for or owners of such sites, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Yago Urrutia López with the statements, contents or services provided.
Yago Urrutia López does not have knowledge of the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore shall not be liable for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, lack of updating, unavailability, error or uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage not directly attributable to Yago Urrutia López.

6. Notification of Unlawful and Inappropriate Activities
If the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that Linked Sites refer to pages whose contents or services are unlawful, harmful, degrading, violent or contrary to morality, they may contact Yago Urrutia López indicating the following details:

7. Notifications
All notifications and communications made by the parties shall be valid in accordance with legally admissible means. Those relating to this Portal shall be deemed effective, for all purposes, if carried out through the Portal itself.
8. Amendments
Yago Urrutia López reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its website, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the manner in which they are presented.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice shall be governed in all respects by Spanish law. Where the applicable law permits the waiver of the legally established jurisdiction, the courts of Málaga are designated as the jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes, with the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
